Usage cost is always “0”. What can I do?

This happens because of a wrong pricing setup. You can change this from Server easily.

  1. Click Options
  2. On the left menu click Pricing
  3. Enter Hour Price (and other fields if you need them)
  4. Clear (Uncheck) every box below
  5. Click OK to save changes

You can now see the cost for your customers.
