Usage cost is always “0”. What can I do?

This happens because of a wrong pricing setup. You can change this from Server easily.
- Click Options
- On the left menu click Pricing
- Enter Hour Price (and other fields if you need them)
- Clear (Uncheck) every box below
- Click OK to save changes
You can now see the cost for your customers.
