You can easily limit download and upload using handyCafe Firewall (Only available for HTTP / WEB).

There are different ways to limit bandwidth.

From handyCafe Firewall Server:

1. Click “Bandwidth” (or from main menu “Tools->Bandwidth Options”)
2. Enter your download / upload limit from General tab ( 0 means no limit)
3. Click “Advanced” tab
4. Choose “Active for all computers” or any other options you like
5. Click “OK” to save and apply changes
